We’re delighted to share that planning approval has been granted for Phase 2 of our social housing development in Coleraine, delivering 20 much-needed new homes. This brings the total site capacity to 38 units, an uplift of 18 homes from the original approval of 20 units.![]()

In a time where planning timeframes and NI Water challenges continue to impact housing delivery, securing this approval is a true testament to perseverance, resilience, and a commitment to delivering quality homes where they’re needed most in the Causeway Coast & Glens area.![]()

We’re absolutely delighted to share some fantastic news – planning approval has officially been granted for the exciting expansion of Ballymoney Rugby Club’s facilities, and we at Manor Architects are honoured to have supported the project.![]()

But let’s give credit where it’s truly due. This milestone is the result of the tireless work of John McAuley and everyone at Ballymoney Rugby Club—especially the indomitable John Waide. Their dedication, vision, and sheer perseverance have driven this venture from sketch-pad dreams to a green-light reality.![]()
