DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT

Proposed housing development consisting of 65 dwellings comprising a mix of detached and semi-detached dwellings and all associated access, parking, landscaping and siteworks at lands to the west of St John’s Church Main Bentra Road.

PURPOSE OF THIS CONSULTATION

The purpose of this consultation is to inform the design process and any subsequent planning applications which will be made to Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the above project.

ABOUT THE PROPOSAL

Manor Architects aim to deliver a housing scheme which provides a high-quality residential environment giving due consideration to the context and surrounding area. The provision of a high-quality landscaping scheme will assist with integration and enhance the visual character of the development.

Dwellings will be 2 storey, detached and semi-detached family homes with in-curtilage parking spaces and ample private amenity space.

We encourage you to review the proposal plans and provide feedback. This feedback will help to inform the design of the proposal before a planning application is lodged.
